Is this medical care?
No. Rooted Within Health provides wellness and education services. These do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and they do not replace your primary physician or specialist or establish a doctor-patient relationship for medical care.
Do you prescribe medications or peptides?
No. Dr. Quevedo does not prescribe medications, diagnose conditions, or prescribe, administer, or supply peptides. Peptide content on this site is educational only, meant to support an informed conversation with a qualified prescribing provider.
What is functional nutrition?
A root-cause approach grounded in your labs, history, and goals. The initial consult includes a bloodwork review and a holistic plan; functional bloodwork and lab analysis are interpreted through a functional lens, optimal ranges, not just “normal vs. abnormal.”
What is concierge chiropractic?
Personalized spinal and musculoskeletal care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting the nervous system, offered by arrangement. A single adjustment is $45, or a package of 10 is $405.
Where are you located, and do you offer remote care?
Rooted Within Health is a service-area practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, The Colony, Frisco, Addison, Plano, and Carrollton, with remote care available for clients in Tyler and beyond.
How do I get started?
Start on the Get Started page: complete the Health History and Nutrition Intake forms, then book your first consult. Before your first appointment you’ll also complete a short Consent to Services form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
